The family suite was spacious and comfy, but the bathroom privacy wasn’t great.

Charming stay with minor drawbacks
The location was perfect for exploring Annecy. Just a short walk to the train station and the beautiful old town, surrounded by delightful eateries. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making our visit enjoyable.
However, the absence of an elevator made lugging our bags up to the first floor quite a hassle. Additionally, the breakfast offered was limited and didn't quite meet our expectations.

Great location with easy access to the train station and old town. Newly renovated rooms offer modern comforts amidst the classic charm.
Complicated parking situation, requiring a 10-minute walk to the underground garage and extra fees outside of specified hours. No elevator makes hauling luggage upstairs a hassle, and the walls are thin, making outside noise a potential issue.

Complicated parking arrangements!!! No elevator to ease luggage transport!!! Unpleasant noise levels due to thin walls!!! Air conditioning issues left me sweating at night!!!

i almost considered giving a good review, but then i remembered the walls were beyond thin, letting every sound in! plus, there’s no elevator, so dragging bags upstairs was a refreshing workout, i suppose. you’d think for the price they’d throw in a complimentary treat or some actual service, but alas, i left feeling sorely disappointed.

Just a commendable fit for a brief weekend stay in Annecy with great value-to-price ratio. The air conditioning made for a comfortable night's sleep, which I really appreciated. Make sure to check the parking options before arrival, as it can be tricky.

missingWrote a review on 13 Junconvenient locationfriendly staffcramped roomno elevatorongoing renovations
The location, just across from the train station and close to attractions, couldn't be better. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, enhancing the experience. Breakfast options were enjoyable, particularly the homemade marmalade, which added a nice touch. However, the room felt cramped with minimal space for luggage, and the absence of an elevator made navigating the stairs challenging, especially given the ongoing renovations next door.
